Fleet and Commercial Insurance Brokers prize draw terms and conditions

1. The Promoter is Fleet and Commercial Insurance Brokers.
2. By entering this prize draw you agree to be bound these terms and conditions.
3. There is one prize of a Fortnum and Mason hamper. There is no cash alternative.
4. The draw is only open to persons aged 18 years or over who enter the form for Fleet and Commercial Insurance Brokers.
5. The prize draw is not open to employees of Fleet and Commercial Insurance Brokers, Specialist Risk Group Limited, or any entities that are part of Specialist Risk Group Limited, their direct family members, or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the draw and their direct family members.
6. We will accept only one entry per person.
7. The prize draw closes at 20:59 on 21 March 2024.
8. The winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received and they will be notified in person on the evening of 21 March 2024.
9. The Promoter’s decision on any matter relating to these rules will be final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. If any of the winners cannot be traced within six months of the prize draw date after reasonable efforts have been made, the prize will no longer be available to those winners and other names will be drawn by the Promoter.
11. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
12. Entry is free and there is no purchase requirement.
13. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are delayed, damaged, mislaid or illegible.
14. By entering into this prize draw you agree that the Promoter is not liable for: any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever suffered in connection with the prize draw (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, income or goodwill), the use of any prize or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter or affiliates, save for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including fraud, gross negligence or for death or personal injury said to be caused by the Promoter).
15. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the prize at any time without notice if circumstances outside our control make this necessary.
16. By entering the competition, entrants give permission for Fleet and Commercial Insurance Brokers its agents and suppliers, to process, hold and use personal information to administer this prize draw.
17. Responses used for public promotion will be anonymised. No personal data or information will be processed other than for the administration of the prize draw.
18. The prize draw terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
